Deadline for Christmas Delivery:
Orders placed on or before December 5th will be prioritized and processed with the utmost care to ensure delivery before Christmas. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24th for orders placed after this date.
Orders Placed After December 5th:
For orders placed after December 5th, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas. Due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season, delays may occur beyond our control. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing orders as early as possible.
Return and Refund Policy During the Holiday Season:
Our return and refund policies remain unchanged. However, please note that items purchased as gifts during the holiday season may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, even if the festive period extends beyond this time.
While we make every effort to meet our delivery commitments, please be aware that external factors, such as delays by couriers or unforeseen circumstances, may affect delivery times during this peak season.
